Directions
- Sift the matcha powder into a mixing bowl to remove clumps.
- Add a small amount of milk and whisk until the matcha forms a smooth paste.
- Whisk in the remaining milk, heavy cream, sugar, and salt until fully combined.
- Chill the mixture completely before pouring it into the I03 machine bowl.
- Select the ice cream mode and run until the mixture begins to thicken.
- Add raisins near the end of churning, then continue until evenly mixed.
- Serve immediately for a softer texture, or freeze briefly for a firmer scoop.
