Directions
- Melt the chocolate gently and let it cool slightly.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk the milk, sugar, cocoa powder, and salt until smooth.
- Add the melted chocolate and whisk until fully combined.
- Stir in the heavy cream and vanilla extract.
- Chill the mixture completely before adding it to the I03 machine bowl.
- Select the ice cream mode and run until the mixture reaches a smooth frozen texture.
