This Shipping Policy applies to all purchases made through https://www.oplacehome.com (“OPlace Home”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).


1. Shipping Coverage

OPlace Home currently ships to supported U.S. states and regions available at checkout.

Shipping availability is determined by the destination address entered during checkout. If an address is not supported by our shipping settings, checkout may not be available for that destination.

We do not ship to:

  • P.O. Boxes
  • APO / FPO military addresses
  • International destinations outside the United States
  • Any U.S. state, territory, or region that is not available during checkout

If an unsupported address is used, we may contact you to update the address. If a valid supported address cannot be provided, the order may be canceled and refunded.


2. Fulfillment Location

Orders are shipped from our U.S.-based fulfillment location or authorized logistics partners within the United States.


3. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Processing includes order verification, packing, and handoff to the carrier.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.


4. Estimated Delivery Time

After shipment, delivery within supported U.S. destinations typically takes approximately 5–10 business days, depending on the destination, shipping method, carrier performance, and package weight.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to weather conditions, peak-season volume, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside our control.


5. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated based on order value, package weight, and the shipping method available for your destination.

  • Free Economy shipping may be available for qualifying orders of $49.99 USD or more.
  • For orders that do not qualify for free shipping, available shipping rates will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
  • For heavier items, shipping fees may vary based on item weight and destination.

Shipping charges shown at checkout shall prevail.


6. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, a confirmation email with tracking information will be sent when available.

Please allow up to 24 hours after carrier handoff for tracking information to update.


7. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

OPlace Home is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or additional costs caused by incorrect, incomplete, or unsupported shipping addresses.


8. Lost or Delayed Packages

If a shipment is delayed beyond the carrier’s normal timeframe, please contact us for assistance.

If tracking shows “Delivered” but the package cannot be located, customers should first check the delivery location and contact the carrier directly. OPlace Home will provide reasonable assistance when possible.
