Ingredients

  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/3 cup liquid allulose
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 cups whole milk
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 2/3 cup liquid allulose
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 6 cups whole milk
  • 3 cups heavy cream
  • 3/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 cup liquid allulose
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract

Directions

  1. Whisk the cocoa powder with a small amount of milk until smooth.
  2. Add the remaining milk, heavy cream, liquid allulose, and vanilla extract.
  3. Mix until fully combined and smooth.
  4. Pour the mixture into the SM801 vessel.
  5. Select MILKSHAKE. Let the machine run until the drink reaches a thick, creamy frozen texture.
  6. Dispense and serve immediately for the best milkshake consistency.
