Tips for product use
What are the requirements for sugar content for different portions of drinks?
The minimum total sugar content must be met, as follows:
- 8 oz (240 ml): at least 8 g
- 12 oz (355 ml): at least 11 g
- 20 oz (591 ml): at least 18 g
Note: Sugar-free substitutes or artificial sweeteners cannot meet the requirements; natural sugars such as granulated sugar and syrup need to be added.
What ingredients can the smoothie maker handle? Are there any taboos?
- Can handle: Liquid ingredients that meet the requirements for sugar and alcohol (such as fruit juice, milk, prepared drinks, etc.).
- Taboos:
- Do not add solid or frozen ingredients such as ice cubes, frozen fruits, frozen vegetables, etc.
- Do not add hot ingredients (high-temperature ingredients may damage the device).
- Do not handle hard, loose ingredients (such as nuts, large pieces of pulp, etc.).
What is the reason for the "E4" error code? How to solve it?
- Reason: The input sugar content is too low.
- Solution: Press the snowflake icon on the left to reduce the milkshake density to level 1; or add 1-2 tablespoons of syrup, fruit juice, etc. to increase the sugar content, reset the device and restart it.
What to do if the "E5" error code appears?
- Reason: The alcohol content is too high (exceeding 16%).
- Solution: Add water, soda water, etc. to dilute; press the preset button to reset the device and restart it, ensuring that the alcohol content is within the specified range.
